House of the Aguachile

Eldorado Seafood Restaurant was established in 2005. Initially, they served in the food court of a Mexican grocery store in West Valley City, Utah. As of 2014, Eldorado was relocated to a nice building with a great atmosphere and room to serve over 100 people at the time.

Their menu is Inspired by the flavors of Eldorado Culiacán in the State of Sinaloa, Mexico. A great array of ceviches, caldos, seafood cocktails, and creative beverages make Eldorado the number-one choice for Mexican Seafood in the Salt Lake Valley.
